representative of California's Communities of Promise, part of
Gen. (ret.) Colin Powell's America's Promise program.
- Our programs are acknowledged by the community.
In 1998, we received the Agency of the Decade Award from the San
Jose Department of Housing for our housing and basic needs programs.
